Tender and juicy honey lime marinated pork chops that are quick and easy to grill up for the perfect summer meal!
In a large serving dish, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, garlic, salt and basil. Place the pork chops in the marinade, turning each several times so that they are completely coated. Cover the dish tightly and place in the refrigerator for 4–6 hours to marinate.
Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 400ºF). Grill the pork chops for 10–15 minutes until done. For chops that are 3/4” or thinner, they will take 4–5 minutes per side, if they’re thicker then 3/4” they will take 7–8 minutes per side. Mine were about 3/4 inches thick and took 10 minutes to cook. Try not to overcook them or they will be dry.
