Chicken breast or thighs are tossed in a honey and curry sauce, then baked in the oven until fork-tender.
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a shallow baking pan.
2. Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt, curry powder, coriander, cardamom and turmeric in a bowl. Pour it over each piece of chicken.
3. Bake at 350 F for about 45-50 minutes, or until chicken is tender and browned.
4. Serve with rice.
