Super easy and pretty quick. You’ll never want the stuff out of the box again!
Put all of the ingredients into the bowl of a stand mixer or your bread machine on the dough setting. Knead the dough until it is holding together well. Flour your counter and put dough ball on top. Cover with plastic wrap or a damp towel and let this rest at least 10 minutes, but 20 is better. Roll out with a floured rolling-pin and cut into your desired noodle thickness with a pizza cutter. Add to soup or boil for 10-15 minutes before adding to casseroles. Freezes well.

When I make homemade chicken noodle soup, I go homemade all the way and make the noodles–pretty much the same recipe. The only difference is that I let my cut noodles dry uncovered for about an hour before adding them to my soup. This allows them to hold their shape and density better in the soup. Thanks for posting!
