This uses leftovers from two of my other recipes “Alfredo Sauce” and “Grilled Pineapple” to make home made pizza.
This is as simple as it gets:
Preheat the oven to about 400.
Spread the left over Alfredo on the crust** like butter and then sprinkle on about 2/3 of the mozzarella cheese.
Next, there is the left over Grilled Pineapple, remove the skin and chop it into a haphazard bite size piece. I usually have a starving child hanging off me, so when I say haphazard that is exactly what I mean.
Sprinkle the chopped pineapple and ham all over the pizza, and top with the remaining cheese.
It should take about 10 minutes to heat through and melt the cheese, just enough time to get out the paper plates!
**NOTE – This is supposed to be a quick throw together kind of thing, so I am purposely not using home made dough. If you have the time, go for it! I have in the past and it is marvelous, just pre-bake the dough, then top!
