Super fun meal for kids or large gatherings. Rice and chicken sauce topped with anything in your kitchen.
Cook chicken. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Add to other ingredients and cook on low until combined and hot.
To serve:
Place down cooked rice
Place sauce over
Top with all/some of the following (honestly the more variety of toppings the better the meal):
Chinese/chow mein noodles
pineapple
chopped celery
chopped tomato
chopped nuts (almonds and cashews are good)
shredded coconut
shredded cheese
dry roasted peanuts
chopped bell peppers
chopped green onions
sliced water chestnuts
shredded carrots
diced pimento

I LOVE hawaiian haystacks. I secretly like maraschino cherries on mine.
