A delicious chicken sandwich that will certainly end up in your recipe file. My man and kids love this one. We team it up with sweet potato fries. YUM!
Marinate chicken in teriyaki for at least 30 minutes prior to placing them on a heated grill.
While chicken is marinating, prepare the bacon; drain and set to the side.
Grill your chicken until no longer pink. During the last 2 minutes of grilling, place 2 pieces of bacon on each piece of chicken, followed by a ring of pineapple and a slice of provolone.
Remove from grill when cheese has melted. Slice a croissant in half and spread 1tbs of mayo, then add lettuce and chicken.
