An awesome Greek casserole dish. Quick, delicious, adults love it, and kids love it!
Cook the pasta, drain and set aside.
In the meantime, put the gyros and the diced onions in a large skillet; cook until brown. Then add the sour cream, heavy cream, mushrooms and the whole package of powdered onion soup. Stir in well.
Put the pasta in a baking/casserole dish, pour the gyros mixture over it and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Enjoy!

you can use whatever meat you like, but i usually use pork (this already spiced stuff) for it because my fiancé doesn’t eat lamb at all lol!
but if you give lamb a try tell me how it turned out
