I discovered this fresh sandwich during my Persuasion class. My lovely friend Michelle depicted this particular creation and I sprinted home and made it straight away! With classic hummus, turkey, havarti cheese and cucumbers, this healthy number will brighten up your day!
1. Cut about 3 to 4 slices of cucumber, medium width, and set off to the side.
2. Spread hummus on one layer of bread. Top with 2-3 slices of turkey breast and a slice of havarti cheese.
3. Finish with the remaining bread slice and grill for about 3 minutes until light and crispy.
4. When finished, remove sandwich and the top slice of bread. Add cucumber, re-assemble, and eat!
