Simple, delicious and super healthy, these burgers are perfect for any backyard BBQ.
Place all patty ingredients into a large bowl. Mix until completely combined.
Separate and form patties. Place on the BBQ or grill pan. Use your favourite BBQ sauce if you so wish. Cook until well done.
Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes. Place on a whole wheat bun and top with your favourite condiments and veggies. Grilled pineapple and jalapenos are my personal favourite!
