The marinade for this shrimp is so tasty. Not as strong as usual teriyaki, because the caesar dressing cuts the saltiness. This marinade can also be used for yellowfin tuna (my original use for it), just add sesame seeds.
Whisk Yoshida’s and caesar dressing together. Marinate shrimp with 1/2 of the marinade mixture for 30 minutes-1 hour. (Note: if using tuna, marinate for at least 1 hour).
Heat grill to medium heat. Place shrimp on skewers. Grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side, basting with remaining marinade as needed. Serve with cheese grits and greens.
