Simple, easy and tasty grilled salmon. Steamed broccoli works great as a side.
Salt and pepper the top side of the fish to taste, then cover with a layer of mayonnaise and sprinkle dill on top.
Grill skin-side down for 5-7 minutes until the salmon turns white and flakes with a fork.
You can steam broccoli at the same time on the grill too, simply wrap in foil with a little water and throw on the grill a few minutes before the salmon (~10 mins total).
