Everything tastes better grilled! This salmon is no exception. Serve it with this wonderful tangy and rich sauce. It can be made in five minutes.
Brush salmon with chili garlic sauce. Cook on a well-oiled grill over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until salmon is cooked to your liking.
While the salmon is cooking, puree the remaining ingredients in a blender or small food processor until smooth.
Serve sauce over hot grilled salmon.
Note: if you don’t have a grill, you can also bake this in an oven. Preheat to 450 degrees, brush salmon with a little oil and season with salt and pepper, place on a rimmed baking sheet and cook for about 10 minutes, or until fish is opaque throughout.
