Gooey cheese, crispy crust. Grilled pizza is the perfect summer dinner.
Prepare your grill, making sure that it’s at a medium temperature.
Roll out or hand stretch the pizza dough so that dough is about an inch thick (or whatever thickness you like—thicker crust for a more deep dish feel, thinner crust for thin-crust style).
Place dough on the grill for 7 minutes (or until grill marks are visible). Flip dough over and spread pizza sauce over the grilled crust. Top with meats, veggies, and cheese. Let pizza continue to grill until crust is cooked and cheese is melted (about 5 –7 minutes).
Remove from the grill, cut into slices and eat up!
