My love and I had a Cuban pizza at a local joint and it was so good it inspired these pork chops.
Sprinkle all sides of chops with some chili powder and cumin; drizzle with oil to prevent sticking. In a bowl, mix sour cream, lemon juice, thyme, tarragon, mustard, cumin, chili powders, salt and pepper to taste. Put chops on the grill, cook 4 minutes, and flip. Add a tablespoon of sauce, sliced cheese, ham, pickle, another slice of ham, and top with cheese. Grill until pork is fully cooked and cheese is melted. Spoon remaining sauce over top and enjoy!
I served mine with grilled veggies sprinkled with the same seasoning.
