Tender grilled potatoes, wrapped in bacon and sprinkled with brown sugar.
Heat the grill to medium heat.
Add 5 potatoes to each skewer then wrap each skewer with two slices of bacon. Place skewers on a large sheet of aluminum foil and sprinkle with brown sugar and black pepper. Wrap the skewers loosely with aluminum foil. Place the aluminum foil packet on the grill and cook for about 45 minutes. No need to turn them.
Then take skewers out of the aluminum foil, and place them directly onto grill. Cook for approximately 10 minutes. Let them cool and serve.
