A classic sandwich with a fresh summer twist.
Place softened cream cheese in a bowl and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer for about 2 minutes, set aside
Lightly butter one side of each piece of bread. Place frying pan on medium heat. As you are getting ready to place the bread on the pan, gentle spread ¼ of the cream cheese spread on the plain side of bread. Place on the pan, drizzle 1 teaspoon of agave on top, place ¼ of the berries on the bread, and top with another slice of bread.
Allow bread to brown slightly, and gently flip sandwich, allowing the other side to brown also. Serve warm.
