Description

An easy casserole to make, a great way to use leftover ham. If your family doesn’t care for hot and spicy, leave out the green chilies! This is good for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, or pot lucks! The picture doesn’t do the dish justice; I can’t work a camera like Ree!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Frozen Hash Browns (1 Pound 10 Ounce Bag)
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom
  • 2 cups Ham, Cooked, Cubed
  • ½ cups Green Chili, Chopped
  • ¼ cups Sour Cream
  • ¼ cups Milk
  • ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1-½ cup Any Shredded Cheese, Divided
  • Green Onions, Chopped (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F and spray nonstick spray on a 9 x 13 pan.

Mix together everything but 1 cup of the cheese and the green onions. Pour mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake for 35 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Let the casserole sit 5 minutes before slicing. Sprinkle green onions on top and serve!

These were really good, I dint add as much cheese, but they still turned out really well.:)
