A quick and easy slow cooker meal for Cinco de Mayo.
Wash chicken and remove skin and insides, pat dry with paper towel.
Rub the outside of chicken with spices. Add garlic, onions, green chiles, and broth to slow cooker. Place chicken on top. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred meat with two forks.
Serve on tacos, burritos, quesadillas, taco salads, or any other yummy way you wish.
