A mix of cheeses, with the obligatory feta, topped with garlic, of course, and fresh tomato. A Greek co-worker of mine suggested this pizza at a Greek restaurant years ago. I moved away, and had to make my own!
Preheat oven to 500º. Prepare a crust for a 14″ pizza on your favorite baking surface (pan or stone). Coat the crust with 2 Tbsp. olive oil to within 1 inch of the crust’s edge.
Sprinkle garlic over the oil, top with both cheeses evenly, and place tomato slices over all. Distribute the oregano on top, drizzle with a bit of olive oil and bake for 15 – 20 minutes until edges of crust are golden and cheese begins to bubble but not brown.

Yum! This is really good! Next time though, I will slice the tomatoes paper thin and use less of them as they kind of overpowered the cheese.

I had a homemade pizza party yesterday and the grownups at the party LOVED this pizza. I used my own crust, but the combination of the garlic, feta, cheddar and tomatoes was out of this world! I will DEFINITELY be making this again!
