Around the metro-St. Louis area, a common potluck dish is mostacolli (pronounced musk-uh-cho-lee around here). It’s an easy pasta dish that resembles a goulash, and is good for any time of the year!
This is my grandma Brenda’s recipe that I stole from her cupboard. You can definitely play with the measurements in this recipe!

Dice onion into small pieces.
Begin to brown hamburger with the onion.
Mix the Manwich sauce and tomatoes with the hamburger.
Add your Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the mixture (to taste).
Add your al dente noodles (drained) to the hamburger sauce. Stir until all incorporated.
Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
