I came up with this easy pizza recipe after trying one at a local restaurant. It is so yummy! I always use homemade crust, but you could use the kind in the can for a really quick meal.
Cook chicken with garlic, then shred.
Roll pizza crust out on a pan that has been greased and sprinkled with cornmeal. (I usually make 2 round pizza’s that are about 10″ across.) Poke crust all over with a fork and bake at 425° for 7 minutes.
Spread dressing over crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then tomatoes, onions, and chicken. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for about 15-20 more minutes or till crust is golden and cheese is melted.
Notes:
-I am posting my crust recipe to this site if you would like to use it. You could also use your own recipe, or 2 cans of the premade pizza dough (which I have never tried.)
