Very simple baked ravioli is a snap to make and always a hit. The secret is the sauce — it has to be Emeril’s!!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a pot of boiling water, soften ravioli by boiling for about three minutes.
Spray a 9×13 casserole dish with a thin layer of nonstick cooking spray.
Layer sauce, ravioli, and cheese, and repeat (sauce, ravioli, cheese).
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until heated through and sauce and cheese are bubbly.
