Garlicky, deliciously rich shrimp. Served over rice, it’s just downright sinful.
Melt butter. Add garlic, crumbs, parsley, sherry, and paprika. Stir to blend. Put mixture in the fridge until it becomes firm but pourable.
Put shrimp in a dish (I use a glass 7 x 9 inch pan). Season with cayenne pepper. Spread the butter mix over the shrimp. Put the dish into a 375-degree oven for 25 minutes.
Serve over brown rice.

I made this last night and it was delicious. Everyone loved it. I didn’t have any dry sherry so I used dry white wine instead. Thanks for a great recipe.
