Only 4 ingredients and 20 minutes from start to finish, you’ve got dinner served. Now this is what I consider fast food.
Preheat oven to broil.
On a foil-lined baking sheet, brush olive oil over salmon. Divide garlic evenly among fillets, and spread over the top. Sprinkle with pepper and sea salt.
Broil fillets for about 10 minutes, until no longer raw and starting to get the nice white fat marbling showing through on the sides.
Once cooked, serve with rice, noodles, or over veggies. Give each fillet a good squeeze of lemon juice before enjoying.
