Pizza made on garlic bread, with a salad on top. It’s like diet food, but not.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Roll out pizza dough onto a greased pizza and pan and top with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Evenly spread out the minced garlic and garlic powder across the dough. Top with mozzarella cheese, then bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
While pizza is cooking, add the lettuce mix and remaining tablespoon of olive oil to a bowl and toss to coat. Remove pizza from oven when it is ready, let sit for 2 minutes, then top with the lettuce mix.
Slice up and enjoy!
