Nooo, silly. Not THAT Buckwheat. The kind you eat!
Whoa, that rhymed.
Cook the pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, and drain the rest. Return to pot, and toss in the oil, pasta water, tomatoes, herbs, salt and pepper.
Serve with parmesan shavings. Seriously, that was IT.
