Pasta, tender chicken pieces and feta cheese—this has the potential to become a family favorite.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, salt the water and cook the pasta according to the package’s instructions. Drain and keep warm.
Meanwhile cut chicken breast and cheese into small cubes, and slice spring onions into rings. Chop chives finely.
Heat olive oil in a large pan. Fry chicken cubes on all sides until golden. Add spring onions and continue cooking for about 2 minutes. Check if chicken is cooked through. Add cheese and about half of the chives. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix chicken and cheese with pasta, adjust seasoning, and sprinkle with remaining chives.
