A quick, easy pasta sauce that uses fresh tomatoes and salami.
Prepare penne according to package directions.
Chop up all your veggies.
Saute onions, hot pepper and Genoa salami for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add red bell pepper and saute for another minute.
Add tomatoes, basil, salt and black pepper. Let the sauce simmer till tomatoes break down and make a nice sauce.
At the very end, sprinkle in Wondra flour until sauce reaches desired thickness.
Serve sauce on top of penne, and top with Parmesan cheese.
