This delicious French Bread Pizza is so quick and easy that you will wonder why it has not been on your rotation list for years. Change up the toppings for added variety and picky eaters. From the refrigerator to the table in less than thirty minutes.
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Slice bread in half lengthwise. Spread the sauce. Sprinkle with half the mozzarella. Top with pepperoni, bacon and peppers. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Note: If a little more browning is desired, turn the broiler on low for about 1 minute. Broilers are unpredictable so stay close by and monitor the situation. If your stove is ancient or you are not familiar with your broiler, I encourage you to skip this step.
