A chili cook-off winner that I’m always embarrased to admit only has four ingredients and is not a completely traditional chili (it has cheese in it!).
I have been making this for so many years that we’re not sure where it came from—except my mom!
Throw (ok, don’t literally throw it, but you get the gist) the salsa, beans, cooked chicken and cheese in a crock pot. Turn on the crock pot. Leave it for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
This can also be cooked in a pot on low heat on the stove.
Easiest recipe EVER, and people will think you’re a genius.

Made this for dinner tonight. We did not like it. It was too much salsa. Will not make it again. Sorry…. Sounded too good to be true, and it was.
