Description

Great meal for two on a Friday night at home!

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoons Sea Salt, For Pasta Water
  • 6 ounces, weight Linguine Noodles (Or Your Favorite Pasta)
  • 2 Tablespoons Sweet Cream Butter
  • 1 teaspoon All-purpose Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Cold Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ cups Light Cream Or Half-and-Half
  • 4 ounces, weight Large Shrimp, Deveined, No Shell Or Tail (If Using Frozen, Thaw First)
  • 4 ounces, weight Fresh Sea Scallops (If Frozen, Thaw First)
  • 4 ounces, weight 2-inch Thick Halibut Fillet, Preferably Fresh
  • 1-½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley For Garnish

Preparation

In a pot of boiling water, add salt and pasta of your choice. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, set aside.

In a large skillet over low heat, add butter and melt. Mix flour and milk to create a slurry, add to pan and increase heat to medium and stir well. Add Old Bay seasoning and black pepper, stir together. Add cream, and once you see small bubbles forming on the sides of skillet (about 4–5 minutes), add shrimp and stir gently. Add sea scallops and stir gently. Add halibut and cook 5–6 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and incorporate gently into the sauce, cook 3–4 minutes, then add pasta noodles. Toss gently and serve. Garnish with parsley.

We love this dish! Hope you enjoy as well.
