This taco recipe is flavorful and fresh and has a spicy kick with the mango jalapeno salsa!

Prepare mango salsa (see my blog or TK recipe box for recipe).
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Place fresh cod in a baking dish. Lightly season with cajun seasoning (optional). Bake for 15 minutes.
Chop red cabbage and slice avocado. Set aside as toppings. Warm tortillas over the stove by placing them in a nonstick pan for 30 seconds on each side.
Divide fish between tortillas, top with cabbage, mango salsa, and avocado!
