A delicious savory pork sandwich loaded with cheese and fig butter, on raisin bread!
Spray a large cast iron skillet with cooking spray to coat pan. Heat over low heat.
On your work surface place a piece of bread and top it with a fourth of the fig butter and half of the cheese, apple, pork, onions and sprouts. Top with another piece of bread (that has been spread with fig butter). Repeat and make a second sandwich.
Grill over low heat for 3 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is toasted. Flip and grill another 3 minutes. Remove sandwiches from the skillet to plates. Cut in half and enjoy with kettle cooked chips!

I cannot wait to try this! TJ’s fig butter is amazing — I love putting it in quesadillas.
