A twist on the classical and popular dish … very rich, but oh so CHEESY-LICIOUS!
Cook pasta al dente.
In the meantime, sauté the garlic in the olive oil; set aside.
In another pan, melt heavy cream, grated parmesan and crumbled blue cheese, until cheese is melted and everything’s well combined.
Then add the garlic oil and the spices, stir, and salt and pepper to taste.
Blend with the hot, drained pasta and serve immediately.
