This is a nice light, pasta dish that can be used as the main dish with a green salad or as a side dish.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
While cooking pasta, saute onion in olive oil in a large skillet. Add tomatoes to skillet and simmer for about three minutes, then season with salt and pepper.
Add corn and simmer for additional two minutes. Drain pasta when done cooking and toss with tomato and corn sauce. Stir in cheese and basil before serving. Enjoy!
This is great with a nice crusty bread and a green salad. Yummy meal.

I was really leary of this because I wasn’t sure if it would have tons of flavor. I added some bell peppers because I had leftovers to use up but even without them this would have been REALLY tasty. Even my husband, who is as picky as a 5 year old gave it two thumbs up.
This was tasty, quick, cheap, made TONS and so yummy. Everyone should give it a try!
