This creamy dish is perfect with its mini farfalle topped with fresh chopped basil.
Boil pasta in 6-8 cups of water. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a skillet and add chopped onion and garlic, saute until tender. Add cans of diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and mix well. Mix in the salt, pepper and sugar and simmer for 20 minutes. Pour cream into the sauce and combine until nice and creamy. Simmer additional 5-10 minutes. Loosely chop up about half a package of fresh basil leaves.
Combine sauce and pasta and serve topped with fresh basil.

2 bulbs of garlic or 2 cloves? Seems like alot of garlic.
