These pork chops are super easy to make but look like they require a lot of effort. A great dish to have up your sleeve if you find yourself entertaining at the last minute!
Put the butter into a skillet and heat up over medium high heat.
While the butter is melting, combine the flour, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a shallow dish. Lightly beat the eggs in a separate shallow dish. Pat the pork chops dry and dip into the eggs and coat; transfer to the bread crumb/flour dish and coat completely and place in the skillet. Repeat with the other 3 chops and cook on each side for roughly 3 to 4 minutes.
Turn off heat and move the pan. Top the chops with the shredded gruyere and cover till cheese is melted.
I’ve served these with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies or with pasta. Either way, they’re great!
