I had this dish at Emma Krumbee’s restaurant in Minnesota years ago and I just had to replicate it.
1. Brown ground beef in skillet; drain.
2. To the skillet, add soup, corn and green beans; season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
3. Pour mixture into an 8″ x 8″ baking dish.
4. Top with enough tots to cover.
5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until tots are golden brown.

I make this with just corn no green beans!! my mom always made this when I was a kid she used frozen mixed veggies…top with a little cheddar cheese after the tator tots brown a bit..yummy!!!
