This is the quickest and easiest lasagna dish ever!
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Brown ground beef with onion until meat is no longer pink. Stir in sauce and simmer while you do the next two steps (roughly 5-10 minutes).
In a bowl combine the cottage cheese with the egg. Slice zucchini lengthwise.
In an oiled baking dish, layer 1 layer of zucchini. Sprinkle half of the flour over this. Add your cottage cheese mixture for the next layer and then half of your meat mixture for the third layer.
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella. Add another layer of zucchini, sprinkle with the remaining flour and the last of the meat mixture.
Top with the remaining mozzarella and bake for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
Note: you can use all light/low fat cheese to make this dish even healthier.
