My family doesn’t like any of that ‘fancy’ cooking. They don’t like anything peppery, spicy, or oniony. Here’s an easy chicken salad sandwich recipe that’s guaranteed to please those picky eaters.
Set oven to 350 and heat up the Sourdough baguette. We keep ours in the freezer and it takes about 10 minutes to warm.
Drain the chicken and put it in a medium bowl. Dice the pickles until very small and add them to the bowl. Add mayo and seasoning salt. Mix together well with a fork. Slice baguette in half, then slice lengthwise but not all the way through. Fill with chicken mixture and enjoy!

SO good!! The only additions I made were that I added just a touch of pickle juice to everything and used shredded chicken breasts instead of canned. Simple. Delicious. Perfect chicken salad! Just what I was looking for! Thanks for the recipe!
