Homemade Spinach and Feta Cheese Pizza with tomatoes and garlic.
Make your dough ahead of time, let rise for 45 minutes, then punch down and wait for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 475ºF.
Add oil, garlic, and Italian seasoning to a bowl. Add spinach and toss to coat all the spinach with oil. I usually do this before the pizza dough is ready.
Roll out the pizza dough and place on preheated pizza stone. Spread the spinach mix over the pizza dough. Add thinly sliced tomatoes (if you are using a really “wet” tomato, I would drain it in a sieve or on a paper towel since too much liquid will make the pizza soggier). Sprinkle feta on top.
Bake for 12–14 minutes.
