This ia a Friday staple in my house. We use parmesan or mozzarella and just love it! A great recipe.
Easy Pesto Pizza
Description
Three ingredients! It’s that easy! For those nights you want pizza in a pinch!
Ingredients
- 2 whole Naan
- 4 Tablespoons Basil Pesto, Homemade Or Store Bought
- 6 ounces, weight Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced Thin
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 415ºF.
Place naan on a sheet pan and spread with equal amounts of pesto, then top with thin mozzarella slices. Place in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and the crust is a deep golden brown and crispy. Let cool for a few minutes and serve!
