Quite possibly the easiest but most delicious recipe you’ll ever try. Trust me on this. Perfect for a meat-and-potatoes family with too little free time.
1. Place rump roast into slow cooker.
2. Add can of cream of celery soup, one can of water, whole new potatoes, and carrots, and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 to 6 hours. Try not to open the lid during the cook time. (This will be difficult. It will smell amazing.)
4. Try not to eat the whole thing in one sitting.
