My hubby loves Wedding Soup, so I got to experimenting and made some myself.
Combine all ingredients in the crock pot, making sure the broth comes to the top of the pot. The smaller the size of the meatballs the better. Add a little kosher salt and black pepper.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve with some warm and crispy slices of bread and enjoy!
