If you are looking for the perfect way to cook your chicken thighs, you have to try these Citrus Glazed Chicken Thighs for dinner.
Preheat oven to 220ºC (425ºF).
In a small bowl, prepare glaze or marinade. Add citrus juices, honey and soy sauce. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Use ⅓ of the preparation to marinate the chicken thighs for at least 10 minutes (the remaining sauce will be used as a glaze).
In a small nonstick pan over medium heat, pour sauce and stir until thick and shiny. Place orange slices on the pan, to be use as a base for the chicken. Put chicken thighs with skin facing down. Glaze with a brush and roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
Turn the chicken and glaze the skin again . Return to the oven for 15 minutes and broil, for crispy and golden skin.
