Wonderfully creamy and easy to make!
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, slowly melt cream cheese over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Once melted, pour in spaghetti sauce. Stir frequently and let simmer 3-5 minutes until well-blended. Stir in chicken and continue to heat 3–5 more minutes until heated throughout. Mix in cooked pasta.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top. Serve with a green salad and crusty French bread.
