You can change the meat to pork or beef.
Cut chicken up into small pieces. Put the chicken in a bowl and mix it with equal parts of teriyaki and soy sauce as well as the garlic, and onion (the sauces should just cover the chicken). Place in the fridge and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
Cook chicken in sauce over medium heat until chicken chunks are no longer pink.
Grate carrots. Put carrots and peas in a ziplock bag and cook in the microwave for 4 minutes.
Heat oil in wok over medium high heat. Scramble eggs in oil. Once the eggs solidify, pour rice, vegetables, meat, and sauce into wok. Turn heat to low and let the flavors soak into rice. Serve and enjoy
