This is a quick easy version of Beef Burgundy from my mother-in-law. It’s simple to throw together and very tasty.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Cut up stew meat into bite-sized pieces if it’s not already. Put meat into a Dutch oven or large deep casserole dish. Add cans of soup, onion soup package, and wine and stir together. Cover.
Place in the oven for 3 hours or until meat is thoroughly cooked and tender. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
