Easy, healthy baked chicken, with a nice lemon flavor and a little kick of cayenne! Feel free to use fresh herbs or adjust these any way you like.
Place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish. Cover with the lemon juice. I needed about 1 1/2 lemons’ worth; you may need more or less. Put in enough juice to let the chicken really sit in it. Add the garlic and tuck it in between and among the chicken breasts.
Mix the herbs and spices together and sprinkle over the chicken. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 350ºF for 35 minutes or until done.

This was so easy and delicious! My kids are very picky and they even loved. So juicy you can use a fork.

this sounds really good, i’ll have to try this. Do you ever put slices of lemon in it too?
