A quick-prepare dish for days when you’re out of the house all day. Kids love it, too!
In a slow cooker or large casserole dish, combine gravy, cranberry sauce and caraway seeds. When well mixed, add meatballs. Simmer on stovetop for 1 hour or cook on low in a slow cooker for 4 hours or however much time you have. If it’s simmering, it’s done.
Just before serving, stir in sour cream. Don’t let it boil after adding sour cream, or it will curdle.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Serve meatballs and sauce over noodles, with a fresh green vegetable on the side. Not gourmet cooking, but everybody loves it!
